This is good, unfortunately, having just returned from a family reunion, it appears the cult like belief system operating in the political left is not penetrable.
Scoffing, ridicule, interruption, changing topics, ad homs, associating, and more were all the tools on display to get in my way of an honest discussion. And not to leave out a certain vibe of "mid level violence" or "tepid provocation" done verbally.
And all backed by moral imperative, moral ascendancy and moral authority. And the overwhelming characteristics of this crowd were centered around comfort and enjoyment with no interest in intellectual discussion or sparring.
The paper written by Lil Miss Hot Mess and Harper Keenan was dismissed as "just one persons opinion and not even a grad student, who cares?" My response was to look at the references used in that paper, this isnt a one off. Silence, disengagement, tired of this subject.
"Whats your problem with drag queens?"
Nothing if they remain where they are and do not migrate to reading hours for children at libraries.
"You don't have to go, many parents love these"
Yeah, thats a problem, many parents are effed in membrane and beyond hope, multigenerational debasement, grew up listening to Jane's Addiction and watched the frontman and lead guitarist suck face on stage and thinks its cool to be sexual exploratory and raise their kids in that world, thank God the oppression is over!
Gets me thinking about the, I dont if first, but first cinematic drag queen in the modern era, Divine, and that movie Pink Flamingos.
What was the story line of that film?
From what I recall it was the story of an incestuous mother and son, the mother played by Divine who was a man, who were known as the filthiest people in whatever geographical space they inhabited, Baltimore and its surrounding areas, a worthy title considering the competition.
And they were being challenged by a couple who wanted to "outfilth" them, with dyed pubic hair and all.
Anyway, that was the film and Divine and her son won and at the end Divine ate a piece of dogshit.
Edit: I am recalling a scene, probably buried by trauma of seeing it, where the son says, "lick my balls, mama, lick my balls" and Divine licks his balls.
Filth and degenaracy at inception. Probably ate the dogshit to get the ball taste gone.
One of the problems is that many wokies don’t even know they are woke. They don’t associate with that term. They mostly think things like “oh, I disdain overly self righteous people too” and “I believe in a mostly free market”. They can have every belief in common with wokeness and still not think they are woke.
This was excellent. Thank you for the great work you're doing which is helping the rest of us be able to understand quickly and fight more strategically.
This is a great start. What each of us needs to do is to begin practicing our own version, in our own words, iterating over and over in actual conversations with actual people, until we can own and generate the conversation as it unfolds in real circumstances. That can make a difference.

Same parameters exist when in a cult. They do not know they are in a cult, they think they are in the truth.
...then some wake up and learn TTATT (the truth about the truth.)
Your education is being degraded,
Like buying a New Car, it looses value as soon as you drive it off the lot!😉

This is really excellent. Is a transcript available?

So well explained and laid out!
