They're not just uninterested in management. They don't even believe that competence is a real thing. They think positions of power only exist for power itself, so if they seize that power for marxism, they're transforming it from evil to good.
Perhaps you could argue that the power was granted to further the mission of the organization, and since marxists believe that the purpose of every non-marxist organizations is to serve hegemony, they believe that subverting that purpose to serve marxism is the highest good.
