Thank you, James. I also found your conversation with KK convincing.

hola, james.

yes, yes yes, the same! your writing was near perfect attunement. awesome and amazing on so on point.

and as it happens that is what i wrote jan 3rd this year, when i resolved to stop using the word 'woke' because it applies equally to the right. i argued that using it distracts from they containing exactly the same authoritarian practices and ideology: authoritarianism. and i suggested, even, that sameness and false division was a kind of psyop used to hide woke-right, one that is designed to continue the divide. and you have validated that with your idea that the right may be funded by the left. (and the leaves open who is funding both of them, of course!)

you may enjoy my take. it is far less rigorous than your work and so i'm smiling that my perception of things loke-roke are likely conjoined twins. if curious:

Well, as I have written for many years, the leftwing WOKE are certainly totalitarians, but so are some extreme rightwing religious groups such as Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons and the RofP. Ahem. NOT mainstream Christian or Jewish denominations, though.

It may shock some to consider that the Puritans of earliest America could be considered a rightwing cult. What do you think the Salem Witch Trials in the 1690s arose out of?

I even provided my own litmus test for establishing totalitarian groups.

I have always known that both extreme polar opposites of any spectrum are more alike to one another than they are to the middle ground. You swing a pendulum too far in one direction, and the energy when let go will swing to the same extent in the opposite direction.

Though I am not sure why I am posting this, because this particular comment board is usually not active. Where is everyone?

I’m probably going to disagree with you, but what is your “litmus test”? Can you point me to it?
